Usually I don’t address emails such as this on the show for the simple reason that they are a product of the “I don’t listen I just talk” mentality that strips the dignity from the lives of so many of our people. But dammit, sometimes masturbating just isn’t enough, you know? It all started a couple of episodes ago when I was doing a fake news report based on a New York Times article about a 103 pound high school girl who happens to be a kickass wrestler and the boys who are ashamed to be beaten by her… at wrestling. Shortly after I posted the episode, I received an email from John, an irate listener who didn’t get that I was joking and thought I was really calling wrestling gay. I set the record straight in episode 190, or at least, I thought I’d set the record straight, but apparently my “incoherent rambling was equally as offensive as the original incident,” because shortly after I posted that show, another email materialized in my inbox, this time from a guy named Eric. I address Eric’s email in a segment entitles: “Man takes fake news report seriously and other man backs him up, ignoring fake news author’s response to first man.”
