11.28.05 SG #79 A Future Naked Podcast in Space
Monday, November 28th, 2005Today, many physicists would agree that time is one of the strangest properties of our universe. So, how is a layman like me supposed to grapple with something so mysterious? What the hell is time anyway? Is it linear? Can we change the way it works and if we think we have, have we really, or are we just perceiving it differently? Is there such a thing as objectivity? Am I magic?
A Future Naked Podcast in Space explores the relationship between “now” and “future”; predestination; classic tunes; mischief; dramatic reenactments; the dissolution of childhood dogma and pussy power.
Shout outs, show notes, ephemera:
-Thanks to Steely Dan for providing segments of “Everything You Did” that I didn’t ask to use but used sparingly in accordance with RIAA regulations.
-Thanks to Macromedia for providing aspiring, broke, crap-ass animators like myself with the generous thirty-day trial of their Flash MX 8 Pro package (I won’t link to you until you give it to me free, bitches!).
-Thanks to Ben Williams, my good buddy over at Digital Media Tips N’ Tricks, for the great Santa footage from the expo!
-Thanks to Madpod Charlie (he calls me Soccer Chick, so it’s only fair I give him a “petname” in turn) for the paintjob footage and the quick shot with Brother Love at the end of AFNPIS.
-Check it: Last night I had an exhilarating chat with Ragan Fox (Fox and the City), Wanda Wisdom (Lucky Bitch Radio) and Madge Weinstein (Yeast Radio, etc.) for the 18th episode of Eat This Hot Show! It’s not up yet, but it will be soon and you just HAVE to check it out. It’s TOO fabulous!
(it’s Hershey’s chocolate syrup, you sickos!)

p.s. Here’s the censored iTunes version of my Sopping Smurfbox album cover. Don’t know if you care. Perhaps you’re concerned with thoroughness and/or edification?

Thanks to everyone who helped get SG, inc. to number 11 on iTunes!!

11.26.05 SG #78 Soccergirl puts the dot com back in my hard drive
Sunday, November 27th, 2005So what the people really want are celebrities. You sick listeners strike again with smurfing smurves all over everything. The Hispanic and Negro Slave Network (HNSN) and its affiliates would like to thank Soccergirl for helping them and their customers “always get their fuck on… no matter what!” Showbiz dad escaped cleverly from the last episode but now he’s trapped for sure. Sledge from the I Love Knights podcast has a psychic guest on his show and she predicts something shocking about my future. I believe in my own agency, thank you very much!
11.26.05 SG #77 The First Thanksgiving
Saturday, November 26th, 2005In the beginning, humans and turkeys lived side-by-side….
Shoutouts, show notes, ephemera:
Hey everybody. So I had this movie almost totally finished last night, and was all excited to post it for Thanksgiving. Of course, at the last minute a big chunk of it got erased and it was all I could do to put on a brave face for the holiday. I hope you understand the not-my-faultness of the late sentiment and let my transgressions sift through your limp fingers because you also understand the honor in my heart.
I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving!!
xox,

11.23.05 SG #76 Spidergirl, Incorporated
Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005Subscribe to the new feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/SGINC
(I’m sorry to be confusing, but I’ve decided it’s best to stick with feedburner. I promise this won’t change again… I hope you guys can resubscribe without any trouble and if you see erroneous old SG feeds anywhere, kick the shit out of them!)

This show starts off with a sweet little thank you to Adam Curry for his Podshow hosting help in my needy times. Dawn’s “Showbiz dad” wants to buy my panties! Finally I’m getting to a bunch of funny stuff from day two if my semi-live Podcast Pickle show at the expo. I’m joined by Sledge from the I Love Knights podcast, Paul from Barefoot Radio, Mark Jeffrey from The Pocket and the Pendant, Scott Siger from Earthcore and Ancestor, Bill from New York City public radio, Gary Leland (the Pickleman himself), Keith from Keith and the Girl (long enough for him to tell me to cover myself up) and an amazing “man on the street” named Bart (as in Simpson) Doozler (kind of as in Fraggle Rock) who duped his wife and kids into believing in Santa, heard “Spidergirl” on KFI AM radio with Leo Laporte, and thought the expo sounded like a cool place to hang out. He got a little frisky about my boobs and I thought he was fantastic.
